so i got this little widget thingy on my mac that lets me post in here from my desktop. that’s pretty cool. right now i am just sitting and waiting for my friend to get her clothes so we can go to the gym. boy do i need it. i just ate this frozen yogurt cone that was SO freakin’ good. seriously. and pizza.
hey i have been sick! i just wanted a goddamned piece of pizza, and a freakin’ cone of peanutbutter and chocolate frozen yogurt!!!!!!!!
and i really wish that I had something better to say right now.
im sitting in my dining commons/student center right now. and im looking around, and it just blows me away with the people that are in here. they all look like the same [type] of person. i mean i know they aren’t really. most of them are probably pretty different, it’s just that they all gather and act the same [kinda].
my friend was telling me the other day that when she was here, she became really cynical. mostly just about the hypocisy i assume. the bubble forgetting that they are actually a part of the real world. and what is the most humerous about that last statement, is that my school really tries to push people to go off campus for a semester. like- they bank on it. most people bank on it. i went somewhere else as a deferment. but most people go on consortion. and then the people who come back from abroad— they have changed somehow. they have seem the world without the rose colored glasses. the people who live in my apt. complex dorm building of sorts, mostly have people who are upper-class (seniors- juniors) who have gone away, and do NOT want to live on campus. Oh and did I mention that unlike most schools, my school regulates if you can life on or off campus. isn’t that lame?! if i don’t want to live on campus i either have to be a part-time student, 23, or living at home (or if i just happen to be approved for that whole year). so lame. seriously.
but i guess it doesn’t matter much.
im tired and rambling, and well— a little disappointed— in need of a shower — with tons of homework for tomorrow— and a job i have to go to tonight.
life isn’t bad…but it is definitely not very comfortable at the moment.
